1. Agreement

Kneeactiveer provides lifestyle and productivity routine coaching to clients in the United States. Our services are educational and organizational in nature. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, financial advice, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or submit information through the Site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape content for unauthorized commercial use, or submit unlawful, harassing, or misleading material.

5. Purchases

Fees, scope, and deliverables for coaching are confirmed in writing before payment. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Kneeactiveer or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other use requires prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KNEEACTIVEER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

10. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
