Refund & cancellation policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid lifestyle routine coaching services offered by Kneeactiveer, a business located at 301 AZ-66, Seligman, AZ 86337, United States.
2. Single sessions
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund or credit to your original payment method. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full.
3. Multi-week packages
Cancel before the second scheduled session for a refund of unused prepaid amounts minus any delivered materials. After the second session, fees are non-refundable; unused sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days, subject to availability.
4. Monthly retainer
Retainers are billed month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Partial-month refunds are not provided once coaching has begun that month.
5. Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking with at least 24 hours notice. Additional changes may incur a $25 administrative fee.
6. If we cancel
If we cancel a session, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund for the affected session.
7. Digital deliverables
Written summaries, templates, and recordings provided after a session are non-refundable once delivered because they constitute completed work product.
8. Charge disputes
Contact us at mailuse@kneeactiveer.world within 14 days of a charge before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
9. State consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws.
